Le Togo accueille du 27 au 28 février 2018 la première conférence sur la technologie blockchain et les crypto-monnaies. Cette initiative a pour objectif de booster l’utilisation des monnaies électroniques dans le pays.
La conférence rassemblera plusieurs professionnels des secteurs les plus touchés par cette nouvelle technologie. Notamment les services financiers, le mobile money, l’industrie de la musique, les soins de santé, la justice, les pouvoirs publics entre autres.
Les réflexions porteront sur des solutions capables d’influencer les politiques favorables au développement de la technologie Blockchain dans l’écosystème Blockchain émergeant au Togo.
Cette initiative est portée par la structure Technologies Réseaux et Solutions (TRS) en partenariat avec Ghana Dot Com (GDC). Selon les organisateurs, elle a pour objectif de booster l’utilisation des monnaies électroniques.
Cette rencontre est également une occasion de familiariser les togolais aux solutions blockchain, aux crypto-monnaies et aux transactions bitcoin.
Pour rappel, la blockchain est un enregistrement global des transactions dans un registre numérique partagé entre un réseau d’ordinateurs. Elle utilise la cryptographie pour permettre à chaque participant du réseau d’utiliser le registre de manière sécurisée.
