Côte d’Ivoire: l’AFD finance de 20 milliards FCFA le marché de gros de YOPOUGON

L’Agence de Financement de Développement (AFD) octroie un financement de 20 Milliards FCFA pour la construction du marché de gros de gesco manutention dans la commune de Yopougon. Le marché sera bâtie sur une superficie d’environ 7 hectares.

Ce sont 6000 places qui sont prévus et des sièges d’entreprises de 5724 Mètres carrés, des chambres froides, une cinquantaines de boutique, des superettes, une pharmacie, un parking, un commissariat de police, un centre de santé, une crèche et un espace dédié à la gente féminine.

L’ambassadeur de France en Côte d’Ivoire , Jean-Christophe Belliard a effectué une visite ce Mardi 1 er Février 2022, sur le site pour s’imprégner de la réalisation du projet. « le marché de gros et de détail de Yopougon va générer des millions d’emplois pour les jeunes et les femmes, ce qui contribuera ainsi à la réduction du chômage dans la plus grande commune de Côte d’Ivoire. » déclare Issifou Coulibaly, le représentant du Maire Gilbert KAFANA KONE .

La réalisation du marché de gros et de détail de Yopougon est un vieux projet de la municipalité qui a connu maintes fois des reports. A l’origine, l’ouvrage devrait être bâti sur le site actuel occupé par le centre commercial cosmos.
