Le Directeur Général de la Bourse de Casablanca, Karim Hajji a présenté ce lundi 16 octobre à Libreville, au ministre gabonais du Pétrole Pascal Houangni Ambourouet , le « Programme Elite ». La Bourse de Casablanca s’engage , avec ce programme, à faciliter l’accès au marché des capitaux aux Petites et moyennes entreprises du Gabon.
L’objectif du programme sera de combler l’écart entre les exigences du marché des capitaux et permettre aux PME qui seront labellisées, d’être cotées en bourse. «les PME qui seront labélisées, pourraient être cotées en bourse, grâce à ce réseau qui compte aujourd’hui « 650 entreprises à travers le monde.», a tenu à préciser, Karim Hajji.
Aussi le « Programme Elite » se fera en diverses phases.
La première phase appelée « Get Ready » sera dédiée à la formation des dirigeants et actionnaires des entreprises sélectionnées.
Tandis que la seconde phase « Get Fit » sera celle de la préparation. Dans cette phase, les entreprises évalueront, durant une période donnée, les lacunes de leur système organisationnel et financier. En vue de prévoir les mesures de changements nécessaires pour améliorer leur attractivité vis-à-vis des investisseurs.
Enfin la troisième phase, « Get Value », celle de la mise en valeur. Elle permettra aux entreprises d’accéder à de nouveaux marchés et à de nouvelles opportunités de networking. Elle leur offrira également des options diversifiées de financement.
Pour la mise en œuvre du programme Elite, en sa qualité d’ancien Directeur général de la Bourse régionale de valeurs d’Afrique centrale (BVMAC), Pascal Houangni Ambourouet se chargera du recensement des PME éligibles. « L’enjeu étant tout simplement de les amener progressivement à la sous-traitance, avec les multinationales directement, et non plus avec des intermédiaires. » a-t-il indiqué.
Tout au long du processus, des conseillers aideront les entreprises à travailler sur leur propre levée de fonds.
