La filiale ivoirienne de la compagnie tunisienne d’Assurances et de Réassurances Comar a lancé officiellement ses activités en Côte d’Ivoire ce 23 novembre 2017. Elle commercialisera des produits d’assurances Incendie-Accident-Risques Divers-Transport (IARDT).
Créée en septembre 2016, Comar Côte d’Ivoire, démarre ses activités avec un capital social de 5 milliards FCFA, totalement libéré. En conformité avec les nouvelles exigences de la Conférence Interafricaine des Marchés d’Assurances (CIMA). La Direction générale de la compagnie est assurée par Azaiez Mustapha.
Comar entend devenir, grâce à sa stratégie d’innovation produits et l’accompagnement fourni par ses actionnaires, un acteur majeur du marché ivoirien des assurances. En y apportant, son expertise, son sérieux et une très forte valeur ajoutée au secteur et surtout aux assurés.
