L’assurance non vie affiche une hausse de 9,27% pour s’établir à 21 792 millions USD alors que la branche vie a connu une croissance de 13,7% passant de 39 465 millions USD en 2016 à 44 899 millions USD en 2017.
L’Afrique du Sud est toujours en tête du classement avec une part de marché de 71,7%. Elle est suivie du Maroc (5,6%), le Kenya (3%) puis l’Egypte (2,4%).
