A travers ce programme, BMCE Bank of Africa (BBOA) offre aux étudiants un espace de travail, de partage de connaissance et d’initiation au monde de la banque et de la finance. Ainsi qu’un Incubateur qui accompagnera les porteurs de projets participant au programme, de la formalisation de leur projet jusqu’à sa concrétisation.
Pour participer à ce programme, les étudiants ou porteurs de projets doivent être âgés de 18 à 45 ans et résider à Casablanca. Ils doivent aussi avoir un projet qui réponde à une problématique « réelle » et clairement « définie ». Et doivent les soumettre par mail ou en ligne sur le site de l’incubateur ou de la banque. Pour cette première cohorte, Ce programme compte retenir un total de 50 projets.
Pour rappel, la Banque Marocaine du Commerce Extérieur, BMCE Bank of Africa, a changé de nom depuis le 11 septembre 2019. La banque s’appelle désormais « Bank of Africa ». Son président Othman Benjelloun a également annoncé l’entrée d’un nouvel investisseur international dans le capital du groupe, courant 2019 avec un apport de 200 millions de dollars.
