La FESABAG (Fédération syndicale autonome des Banques, assurances et microfinances de Guinée) compte mettre la pression sur le gouvernement guinéen afin que ses revendications soient prises en compte. Le gouvernement a jusqu’au 18 mai pour apporter une réponse claire à leurs revendications. Elle réclame un relèvement du niveau des salaires du personnel bancaire. Les revendications des employés de banque tournent autour de 10 points qui sont:
- Le relêvement des salaires
- La mise en place d’une retraite complémentaire
- La prise en charge des frais d’évacuation sanitaire des employés et leurs familles
- La revalorisation des primes
- Indemnités et allocations
- L’instauration de nouvelles primes
- La revalorisation des indemnités de départ à la retraite
- La mise en place d’une indemnité de décès et invalidité permanente
- Le respect des délais d’expatriation
- L’application correcte de la convention collective.
A la banque centrale de Guinée on espère trouver une solution avant le 18 mai. Il est à noter que le salaire minimum d’un employé de banque en Guinée est de 4 millions de francs guinéens, environ 260.000 FCFA
