La Côte d’Ivoire accueille du 26 au 27 Octobre 2017, le premier Congrès Régional des Experts-Comptables de l’UEMOA, au Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire. Cette rencontre scientifique s’annonce comme l’événement majeur de 2017 de la profession comptable sous régionale.
Cet événement réunira l’ensemble des professionnels de l’expertise comptable de l’UEMOA ainsi que des invités spéciaux en provenance de la France, du Maroc, de la Tunisie. L’Afrique du Sud, le Cameroun, le Ghana, le Kenya et le Nigéria y participeront également. Près de 700 participants de 16 pays sont attendus, une grande première.
Le thème central de ce congrès, « La Profession Comptable dans une Afrique en Mutation », sera décliné en trois axes. Il s’agit notamment de la modernisation de l’administration publique, de l’organisation et l’évolution de la profession comptable et de la digitalisation de l’économie.
Ces deux journées seront animées par quatre conférences-panels, dix ateliers de formation, un dîner gala et des stands d’exposition meubleront ce premier congrès
Pour rappel, L’Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Côte d’Ivoire (OEC-CI) est l’un des plus anciens de la zone UEMOA. Il est placé sous la tutelle du Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances. En Côte d’Ivoire, l’OEC-CI présidé par M. Flan OULAÏ, est la principale structure qui organise et anime la profession comptable.
