Les ressources mobilisées par les systèmes financiers décentralisés (SFD) de l’Union économique et monétaire ouest africaine (UEMOA) se sont établies à 1.003,2 milliards FCFA au 31 décembre 2016. Soit une progression de 14 % par rapport à leur niveau de 2015 selon les chiffres de la Commission bancaire de l’UEMOA publiés ce jeudi 23 novembre.
Les dépôts et emprunts ont affiché une hausse de 128,6 milliards FCFA au 31 décembre 2016, soit 22,2% de plus que l’exercice précédent, pour ressortir à 708,1 milliards FCFA.
« Ils sont constitués pour l’essentiel des dépôts à vue et à terme, qui ont augmenté respectivement de 15,7% et 31,9% », souligne la Commission bancaire.
Quant aux fonds propres nets des microfinances , ils ont baissé de 9,3 milliards FCFA pour s’établir à 231,4 milliards FCFA contre 240,7 milliards FCFA à fin 2015.
Concernant les autres ressources, elles ont progressé de 3,6 milliards FCFA, en glissement annuel, pour se fixer à 63,7 milliards FCFA.
Quant à la trésorerie des SFD, elle a affiché un excédent de 115,4 milliards FCFA à fin 2016, après 101,3 milliards FCFA un an plus tôt, soit une amélioration de 14,1 milliards FCFA. Selon la Commission bancaire, cette situation résulte d’une progression des ressources en valeur absolue plus accentuée que celle des emplois, les taux d’accroissement étant les mêmes à 14%.
L’examen du résultat net global des SFD laisse apparaître une meilleure embellie en 2016, puisqu’il est ressorti à 16 milliards FCFA durant cette période contre 248 millions en 2015 et 7,6 milliards FCFA en 2014.
