Après l’ouverture des « Maisons des PME » dans chacune des filiales de Société Générale au Sénégal et Burkina Faso, c’est aujourd’hui, le tour de la Côte d’Ivoire de recevoir exclusivement son agence d’accompagnement aux PME.
Selon le Directeur Général de Société Générale Côte d’Ivoire, Aymeric Villebrun, l’ ’objectif principal de la Maison des PME est de favoriser l’émergence d’un tissu de PME ivoiriennes performantes par la mise à disposition de produits et services structurés appropriés à leurs profils et besoins.
Cette initiative s’inscrit donc dans la stratégie du groupe Société Générale : « Grow with Africa » pour la révolution de l’entreprenariat en Afrique soutenue par une enveloppe 1 600 milliards Fcfa de la part des partenaires au développement. Le groupe l’a présenté en novembre 2018.
« Chez Société Générale Côte d’Ivoire, notre raison d’être est d’être le partenaire de confiance engagé auprès de tous pour le développement de la Côte d’Ivoire. La Maison de la PME en est une parfaite illustration », a affirmé Aymeric Villebrun.
Cette ouverture officielle a été marquée par la présence remarquée de la présidence du Premier ministre, représenté par le ministre du Commerce, de l’industrie et de la promotion des PME, Souleymane Diarrassouba. Ainsi que tous les acteurs de l’écosystème des PME, le secteur privé et public, avec la présence du Secrétaire d’Etat chargé de la promotion des PME, Félix Anoblé.
Par ailleurs, cette agence a pu naître grâce à la participation des institutions comme Comoé capital, le Cepici, Proparco, SEPPME, BPI France, Boabab. Ainsi que l’AFD, Advans Côte d’Ivoire, la chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Côte d’Ivoire et YUP.

Rappelons que Société Générale Côte d’Ivoire (SGCI) compte 73 agences et 128 distributeurs automatiques dans le pays. Avec 19% de part de marché, la société a réalisé un engagement 150 milliards de francs CFA envers les PME à fin 2018, et entend poursuivre sur cette lancée en 2019.
