Cette filiale de Sunu du Burkina Faso rejoint les autres filiales du groupe Allianz rachetées récemment par Sunu. Ainsi, avec leur entrée, les filiales vie et non-vie de Sunu au Burkina Faso installent Sunu Assurance parmi les 3 premières compagnies du pays. Après l’Union des assurances du Burkina (UAB) et le leader Sonar.
«Nous étions dans un groupe européen et nous passons dans un groupe panafricain qui a aussi des acquis. Nous allons capitaliser ces expériences pour le bonheur de notre clientèle », a déclaré le Directeur Général adjoint Sunu IARD Burkina Faso, David Sanon.
«Il y aura un impact pour les clients dans la mesure que nous allons capitaliser l’expérience de deux groupes ».A t’il ajouté.
Pour rappel, c’est le 29 avril 2019 que le groupe SUNU a acquis les parts du groupe Allianz dans 5 filiales de Allianz. Notamment celles du Bénin, du Burkina Faso, de la Centrafrique, du Mali et du Togo. La passation de celle du Benin s’est fait en octobre 2019.
