Le groupe Sud-Africain EOH a récemment obtenu le statut Casablanca Finance City (CFC) pour sa filiale marocaine Conso’ System Africa, selon un communiqué de la firme.
Cette labellisation devrait permettre à EOH, spécialisée dans les services numériques, d’étendre son offre de services vers l’Afrique francophone grâce aux avantages offerts par la CFC
Le Statut CFC, est un label donnant droit à un package attractif d’avantages. Ces avantages incluent aussi bien des incitations fiscales, des facilités de change que des facilités diverses au niveau du Doing Business. Au titre des facilités, EOH bénéficiera d’une exonération totale de l’impôt sur les sociétés pendant cinq ans, à partir de la date d’octroi du label CFC.
«Le choix du Maroc pour son expansion en Afrique du Nord, de l’Ouest et du Centre est une excellente décision pour EOH », explique Ebrahim Laher numero 1 du groupe. EOH est le premier groupe sud-africain à choisir la place financière marocaine pour déployer ses activités dans la zone.
EOH qui est coté à la Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) connaît une croissance annuelle moyenne de 45% depuis ses débuts. Le groupe sud-africain de conseil et d’outsourcing technologique, emploie aujourd’hui environ 12 500 personnes.
