Elle remplace ainsi Sybrand Coetzee qui va rejoindre Capricorn Investment Holdings Botswana, propriétaire de la banque. L’instance a indiqué que la nouvelle patronne va travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur sortant jusqu’au 1er juillet 2023, date à laquelle elle prendra officiellement ses fonctions.
La nouvelle promue jouit d’une expérience de plus de 22 ans dans le domaine de la finance bancaire notamment les services financiers. Elle rejoint Bank Gaborone en provenance de First National Bank Botswana, où elle a passé 8 mois au post de directrice du segment commercial de la banque.
