La Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) a levé ce mardi 29 août, la suspension des opérations sur les titres de de Clydestone Limited et Transaction Solutions Limited (TRANSOL). Ces entreprises avaient été sanctionnées pour avoir omis de se conformer à certaines règles régissant la Bourse locale.
La GSE a levé ce mardi , la suspension des sociétés Clydestone Limited et Transaction Solutions Limited (TRANSOL). Selon l’autorité boursière, ces entreprises ont corrigé les anomalies relevées. Clydestone a notamment, soumis les rapports financiers non vérifiés pour 2016 au GSE. « En conséquence, la Bourse a levé la suspension de la négociation des actions de CLYD et TRANSOL avec effet immédiat », selon un communiqué cité par Citi Business News.
Pour rappel, La Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) avait annoncé lundi 27 août la suspension des opérations sur les titres de cinq compagnies cotées. Les compagnies concernées par cette suspension sont African Champion Industry Limited (ACI), Clydestone (Ghana) Limited (CLYD), Golden Web Limited (GWEB), Pioneer Kitchenware Limited (PKL), et Transaction Solutions Limited (TRANSOL), révèle le Business and Financial Times.
Selon la GSE, ces compagnies n’ont pas soumis leurs rapports financiers, entre autres manquements. Elles ne se sont pas également acquittées des frais relatifs à leur listage sur la place et n’ont pas organisé leurs assemblées générales.
La suspension des opérations sur les titres des trois autres compagnies sera maintenue jusqu’au 8 septembre prochain, délai au-delà duquel la GSE envisagera d’autres sanctions.
